Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $27 to $35/hr

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations, as well as the development of their associates.


Essential Functions:
  • Receive, audit, and report inventory
  • Maintain an organized facility
  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols
  • Remain well-versed on the latest federal and state safety regulations
  • Communicate with other parties to ensure material is delivered promptly
Experience:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
  • Solar experience is a plus
Required Skills
  • Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
  • Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification depending on business needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, and inventory management software
