🏢 Executive Project Manager – Commercial Solar

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise project managers, employees, and contractors for large commercial solar construction projects.
  • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical plans.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Monitor labor efficiency, code compliance, and enforce safety standards (OSHA knowledge required).
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and change orders.
  • Perform takeoffs and estimate generation based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to verify project scope and estimate accuracy.
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections and safety assessments.
  • Respond to client questions and revise designs as needed.
✅ Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in Project Management within Solar / Electrical / Construction sectors.
  • Preferred: Experience in solar project estimation and design.
  • Required Skills:
    • Electrical plan reading and NEC code knowledge
    • Strong leadership of construction teams
    • OSHA compliance expertise
    • Advanced Excel / Office software skills
    • High attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving
