Solar Gaines is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist. The recruitment specialist is primarily responsible for hiring and recruiting qualified individuals for employment.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Upload paper applications/resumes to the Applicant Tracking System (JAZZ) when applicable
- Handle employment inquiries and phone calls.
- Generates a pool of prospective candidates through a variety of recruiting methods and refers top candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews as needed.
- Attend interviews to support the Operations team and shared services departments.
- Create and post job ads to the Applicant Tracking System and career website as required.
- Send job offer letters.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and initiatives.
- Attend and coordinate recruiting events and career fairs.
- Advise applicants of Kinsley’s hiring procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, corporate policy, and department-specific specifications.
- Provide temporary administrative backup and support when needed.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities to support hiring managers and the Human Resources Department.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Previous recruiting, hiring, or related experience working in a Human Resources role is a plus.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the Applicant Tracking System (JAZZ) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and detail-oriented skills are required.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment while maintaining confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
